Is it the thumbscrews? Is it the rack? Electrocution? Knife in the pressure points?
No.
Today it's torture by playpen! hehe
I always thought those things were really evil.
This one was awesome. The last few episodes not quite so, but this I really enjoyed.

I felt so sorry for Renee. You could see that she wasn't enjoying doing whatever she was doing to the baby (smothering it?). I watched it recorded, and our box has a habit of distorting the picture and sound for a few seconds, when watching recorded programs ¬¬, so I missed some of that bit.
I agree with smitten, it is definitely better than the last few episodes!

She didn touch the baby - she just looked at it. And when youŕe 11 months old, having a stranger frighten your mum and look at you, thatś enough to make you cry. That was the beauty of the scene. The mother was terrified because she couldn see what was happening. They have years of therapy ahead. lol
Jack was actually pushed this time - the last few episodes felt quite routine for him. But this time, with the fight, you really felt it could go either way. He was going all out. And when he drove the wrong way down that street - my knuckles were white.
And the sexual tension in the scene with the three of them in front of that water-thing was just unbearable. Yes, she may sleep with you, but right now sheś going along with the way *I* do things!´
I wonder now, will Jack try to get the bullet out? Travel in Washington seems pretty fast, so the ambulance should get there soon. Poor Henry, heś having a real Jack Bauer day.

Matobo's fine - why wouldn't he be?
I wonder what Tony's been up to. I still don't really trust him.

I meant Henry, LOL. My brother was talking about Matobo at the time
I was a bit suspicious when he asked to stay behind, actually

I was wondering! lol
Dont think Henry will die quickly. He might die slowly, over a few episodes. But he was shot in the gut, and my gut feeling is heĺl live.

It seems as though he'll be central to the story. I doubt they'll kill him off after being so important for only one episode. There has to be more to it

I think youŕe right. This is the most interesting plot line so far. Itś personal. We need it. Weve seen enough terrorists - we know we need them, but its the personal touch that matters.
Changing the subject a little, Iḿ a bit annoyed at the way Larry Moss is handled. Heś obviously meant to be antagonistic to Jack, and thats fine. But hes such a jerk, and pretty ineffective. And heś given this line to take - that the rules matter. And though I don agree with him in this instance, I do agree that its a valid point. You cant just go around breaking the law in law enforcement. But by giving him this line to take, and then making him such a ridiculous character, its like theyre taking the piss out of his beliefs too. And thats a shame because after all this time and seven series of Jack breaking the law, we could have a more subtle way of dealing with the issue.
Does any of this make sense?
