OK, so I'm a little over-excited. ;D ;D ;D
Just thought I'd get the thread ready for discussing this. So our US friends can start the conversation, then we can join in when we've seen it.

I'm going to ask my dad if I can watch it on TV with him on Monday. I'm not hopeful.

AWESOME.
Jack telling off senator red foreman was just perfect.
and the near miss is just proof to me that tony isn't in collusion with the terrorists

I'll second that! WOW!! God, I've missed this! And there's more next week! So little discussion? The near miss - Evil you may be right about this. I think they're going to leave us guessing till the last minute. I wonder how long Jack will keep on calling her 'Agent Walker'. Will she tell him just to call her Renee? Also, I have a funny feeling that the senate hearing may not, in fact, reconvene at the same time (8am) tomorrow. At least, if it does, the witness will not be quite as neatly turned out and shaven. At last! A Scot on 24! A really ugly sleeze bag too! Shame he had to die quite so quickly... Jack looked different. Almost ... relaxed and Kieferish. Anyone else thing this?

Did you notice the Kiefcase? A new, gayer jack pack. Also, I think Renee is pretty hot.

Is she? I didn't notice. Glad you like her. I just hope she and Jack can - really have fun together. That's just beginning to happen. The briefcase - is it gay? Whatever, he didn't come armed to the senate hearing. He'll just need to pick things up as he goes along. I wonder how long the trench coat will last. I'm so glad they kept in the line - 'I am going to enjoy this.' (makes me shiver) and took about the line 'Torture him if you have to'. The word 'torture' isn't needed there, it's stronger without it. Who was it that played Gabriel? The accent sounded genuine to me.

I wish he'd pick up his old jacksack, that really was awesome. You'll love the next episode smitten.

Ah, bliss! I get to enjoy what I've watched, and look forward to next Monday.
So, I suppose now Jack's going to interrogate Tony? (Don't answer that) Interesting. He's been here before with Christopher Henderson and Stephen Saunders - people he worked with who turned. Kiefer played the shock, disbelief and honest grief so beautifully. And I loved Tony's stare back at him.
I don't think much of Tony's crew's action technique: (1) get yourself exposed (2) shoot your fellow baddie twice in chest (3) wait for return of fire from Jack & co. lol

Yeah, although it was Renee who killed them, Jacks killcount is still a big fat 0!
