Oh dear, this day hasn't been as bad for Jack... Until now. I hate how Larry is being a complete dick about the whole situation "We got here too late, Jack murdered Senator Mayer" who does he think he is!?

he thinks he's following reasonable clues. Youre telling me you wouldn't come to the same conclusion? Sure if the senator dies it would mean jack would probably be suspect one, but so soon after evading the FBI? He'd be stupid to not think that.

All Larry has to do is look on the computer screen in his office and they'll find the real killer. 5 minutes later, after doing a proper search of the area, they see a dead guy who's exactly the same as the one on the computer screen, with the same kind of silenced weapon that killed Mayer.
I don't think Larry's over the whole "knock out" in episode 3.

My god, Larry makes me angry. He's so stubborn, which isn't allowed. If it's Jack, Renée, or President Taylor, then it's allowed.
"He killed Mayer" - I agree. How dare he?

Nah, Sam and Luke, you just don't get it. Larry really made me laugh this week. 'Bauer has more training and more experience than anyone in the room...' (OK, fine, now say, 'put together') '... including me'. That just completely cracked me up. Larry's a prick, and everyone knows it. 'including me' lol. But the real line of the week was: trust isn't my strongest asset. What an episode! Worth waiting for.

I thought 'including me' was really arrogant, and it made me feel violent.
...and very few things make me want to punch something
I did, however, appreciate the fact that Larry accepts Jack is experienced, and knows what he's doing.

I do think they're shaping him up to be the next Buchanan. I didn't like Bill when he first turned up, he was really officious.
